Anish has a particular interest in using hands-on massage techniques to support injury prevention, rehabilitation, recovery, and performance enhancement.

Through extensive clinical placement experience, he has developed a solid skill set in sports massage, soft tissue mobilisation, client assessment, and tailored exercise prescription, alongside clear and effective patient communication. Anish is dedicated to helping athletes and active individuals reduce pain, improve mobility, accelerate recovery, and maintain long-term physical well-being through evidence-based sports therapy and massage techniques.
