RD wellness started its life in 2022 from a spare room in Brixton and boy has it been a journey!

 Myself (Ryan) and partner Dan wanted to change the narrative of what a proper massage should be.   

  Our aim was to be your bodies one-stop-shop, offering high-quality treatments by highly trained therapists. We provide a range of bespoke treatments to each client with a mission is to stimulate and aid in muscle repair. We focus mainly on acute and chronic pains and use several tried and tested techniques that aid in muscle recovery.  

Our vision when starting RD wellness,  was to make treatments accessible and affordable to the masses. We provide a professional and welcoming space for all types of people who genuinely need help in dealing with muscle tightness and pain. 

The clinic does not boast that 'luxury' experience you would expect from every other Spa in the area, but what we do boast is that you will get a proper treatment and leave feeling 100% better than you arrived!
