 Jai is a qualified and registered Osteopath and graduated with a masters degree in Osteopathy from University College of Osteopathy, London. He first became interested in  Osteopathy due to his sporting background (football specifically). After many reoccurring injuries, it had helped him return to a level better than before. This, sparked an area of interest in him and as an active person himself (constant gym goer and runner) he now aims to provide the same care to his patients. He uses active rehabilitation and strengthening alongside manual therapy to prevent  reoccurring pain & future injury.

Her expertise extends beyond sports therapy, as she’s worked with patients managing cardiorespiratory conditions and palliative care. Aliya's passion for rehabilitation stems from her athletic background as a child and her love for sports, including netball.
