From One Spare Room to Something Much Bigger!
In 2022, it all started in a spare room in Brixton.
Just Ryan and Dan, one room, and one big ambition: to redefine what great treatment should feel like.
No gimmicks. No spa fluff. Just exceptional hands-on care, real results, and a genuine commitment to helping people feel their best.
From there, things moved quickly.
We took our first big step into Clapham Common, renting a single treatment room inside a salon. It was small, but the momentum was anything but. More clients, bigger results, and a community that kept growing.
Then came Lavender Hill — our first three-room clinic. This was where the vision really began to take shape. We started building our dream team, expanding our expertise, and proving that great treatment doesn’t need to come with a premium price tag.
By early 2024, we were ready for our next leap. We opened a brand-new clinic, grew our team to 12 incredible therapists, and expanded our services to include Osteopathy and Physiotherapy alongside our much-loved Sports Massage.
But throughout every stage, one thing never changed:
Make treatment accessible. Make it affordable. Make it effective.
Then, in December 2025, came our biggest chapter yet.
We opened our biggest and best clinic so far in Clapham Common — a huge six-treatment-room space bringing together Sports Massage, Physiotherapy and Osteopathy all under one roof.
It’s everything we’ve been working towards: a bigger team, more expertise, more space, and an even better experience for our clients.
And we’re only getting started.
From one spare room in Brixton to a thriving clinic with an incredible community behind us — the journey has been anything but ordinary.
The graft has been real. The growth has been huge.
And the best chapter is still to come!
